Bugs & Wildlife Notice 🦎 Welcome to Florida! Part of what makes our area beautiful is the warm weather and lush, tropical environment — and with that comes local wildlife and insects. Mosquitoes, ants (including fire ants), flies, roaches, and palmetto bugs are common throughout Florida, especially during warmer and rainy months. You may also occasionally see frogs, geckos, lizards, or even snakes in outdoor vegetation areas. This is completely normal for our climate and not a reflection of cleanliness. We maintain regular professional pest control service both inside and outside the home. However, because of Florida’s environment, it is impossible to guarantee that an occasional bug won’t make its way indoors. We had an amazing experience staying at this house with a group of girls. The big kitchen was stocked and perfect for cooking big dinners. The bunks were great for hosting our size and we liked the easy beach access. Would recommend!

We stayed here in the off season which was perfect for us. The price on the place was worth it and it was no too busy. This place will get you exactly what it describes, places to sleep, LSV to drive around and all the needed amenities to be comfortable.

Very satisfied. Large home. 10 min walk to beach. Golf cart included. Parking was not always super great at the beach- walking was just as easy. Five min walk to large pool and lake. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Extra beach towels provided, and toilet paper. Bring your own extra soap, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee (perculator) - no keurig, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. The bathroom upstairs was a jack n jill shared amongst the 3 bedrooms. There was also another bedroom with a king and own bath. We loved the location. Aldi's and Publix was a four min drive. The beach was not crowded. Was low key. It was absolutely beautiful. We had a great family vacation. The back yard has a gas firepit, plus a BBQ and charcoal grill. Also - there was a shower outside in the back yard. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs, etc incl an umbrella. It's a quiet neighborhood. (a bit construction). We enjoyed it and recommend it. Bring a sleep mask.
