Parking in the driveway for 5-6 cars max, depending on the size of the vehicle. No street parking allowed The heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 7-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Pet friendly! We allow up to 2 dogs for $150 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog be crate-trained and that you pick up after your dog. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported before your check-out. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you! Wildlife & Nature Notice 🏔️🌲 Welcome to the Smoky Mountains! One of the best parts of staying in a mountain cabin is being surrounded by nature — but with that beautiful setting comes local wildlife and insects. In the woods of Tennessee, it’s completely normal to encounter insects such as ants, beetles, flies, spiders, stink bugs, ladybugs, cockroaches and other roaches, especially during seasonal changes. Because cabins are located in a wooded, natural environment, occasional indoor sightings can happen and are not a reflection of cleanliness. You may also see wildlife in the surrounding area, including deer, raccoons, squirrels, chipmunks, black bears, wild turkeys, snakes, and other native animals. We kindly ask guests not to feed wildlife and to keep trash secured to avoid attracting animals. We maintain regular professional pest control service for the cabin; however, no mountain property can be completely sealed off from nature. Keeping doors and windows closed will greatly reduce the chances of insects entering. Please note that due to our natural wooded setting, we are unable to offer refunds related to naturally occurring insects or wildlife sightings.
